Introducing Nadene Kennedy
Enrich was founded by Nadene Kennedy ATLEAD (NESA) following her experiences as a classroom teacher, Head Teacher and Deputy Principal and through her own journey to achieving NESA Lead Teacher accreditation in 2012. As an experienced educator for over 18 years, Nadene understands first-hand the challenges facing teachers and school leaders across all schools in Australia and is passionate about supporting continuous improvement.
Nadene completed her Bachelor of Secondary Education (Human Movement & Health) at the University of Sydney and has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training with TAFE NSW. She received a Professional Teachers’ Council Outstanding Professional Service Award for her involvement with ACHPER NSW and has worked as a curriculum writer and adviser for both the NSW Education Standards Authority(NESA) and Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).
Through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, in-school planning sessions and independent workshops, Nadene has worked closely with many schools across NSW to support them to put in place effective school planning and actionable steps to identify and achieve professional development goals. Through a series of workshops, Nadene will work with teachers either considering or working towards a NESA Accreditation level to help them and engage with the process and requirements, and complete a thorough, well-rounded submission.
