Registration
When a school/teacher registers to attend an ENRICH course/workshop they will receive a confirmation email of their registration (within 7 days). A second email will be sent to confirm that the course/workshop is going to proceed. ENRICH reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. ENRICH has the right to cancel/postpone an event, unless a minimum number of participants have registered up to 2 weeks prior to the closing date.
Payments
Upon registration to attend an ENRICH course/workshop the individual or school/work will receive a tax invoice with the following payment options:
Payment is to be received prior to the advertised date of the workshop to guarantee the attendance of the school/teacher.
Cancellation policy
If a school/teacher is unable to attend an ENRICH workshop for which they have registered, the ENRICH office requires in writing 7 day’s notice to receive a 50% refund. If less than 7 days’ notice is given of a withdrawal before the workshop/course then no refund will be provided.
Photography & Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a photographer and/or video production taking place during the conference/workshop/seminar. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to nadene@enricheducation.org.au prior to the event.
Hours and Accreditation
Delegates are expected to attend the whole day (including all sessions) within the advertised hours. To gain 5 hours accreditation with NESA delegates are required to be present at the professional learning activity for the duration of the advertised hours. Failure to do so may result in a delegate receiving no accreditation hours.
Anti-discrimination
In the interest of achieving an equitable learning environment, it is the policy of ENRICH that a productive, fair and discrimination-free environment be provided for all participants. Workshops venues are carefully selected to allow disability access.
Emergency Preparedness and Response
The ENRICH presenter is to ensure that they are familiar with their current locations Emergency Evacuation Procedures BEFORE commencing any workshop. The presenter must also ensure that this information is clearly relayed to the class participants.
Workplace Health & Safety Compliance
ENRICH is obligated to comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, its supporting Regulation and its associated Codes of Practices, Standards and other guidelines.
ENRICH’s objectives consider it’s legal, WH&S hazards and risks, technological, business and operational requirements.
