What Teachers say about Enrich

Learning and Teaching Coordinator St Johns College Dubbo NSW

Nadene Kennedy gave me a clear path to transform my ambitions to become Highly Accomplished into a reality. Being the first teacher in my school to pursue accreditation at a higher level I was flying blind until I attended a professional learning session with Nadene.

Her extensive knowledge and personal experience gave me conceptual clarity of the process and a practical plan of how to move forward. Using the purposeful resources Nadene supplied me, and guided by her expert mentoring, I was able to submit a successful application in under 6 months.

The entire process was challenging but overall a very enriching professional learning experience. Since becoming Highly Accomplished I have had the good fortune of having many, many wonderful professional doors open for me. I commend the process and Enrich Education NSW to anyone considering taking up the challenge.

I achieved accreditation as a Highly Accomplished Teacher in August 2015. This was a significant personal and professional achievement and was also one of the greatest forms of professional learning I have engaged in. Reflecting on your practice and the impact you make on teachers around you is very insightful and makes you evaluate and want to improve as a teacher. The beneficiaries of your teaching and influence are the students.

I attended a full day workshop with a few colleagues at my school which was run by Nadene. Prior to this workshop I had spent 12 months working at my application without making any real progress. Working with Nadene on that day meant that I finally had a way forward, the tools and resources, and the game plan to achieve accreditation. After making my accreditation a priority and plenty of hours I completed my application about 9 months after the workshop. At a time in which support in this area was very limited Nadene was a fantastic and knowledgeable form of support and guidance. Nadene took a personal interest in my accreditation journey and offered additional support beyond the one day workshop.

Nadene has a straight forward delivery style and makes expectations very clear. She is extremely passionate as both an educator and dedicated to the teaching profession. She is highly regarded by the people she works with and has expanded the services that her business now offers. I wish her every success for her future endeavours.

I began my journey as a relieving Assistant Principal seeking accreditation at Highly Accomplished Teacher. After I made this choice I realised how daunting the process was. There was very little information about the way in which I would go about proceeding with this process and thankfully I found Nadene Kennedy. Within my area of schools very few teachers had undertaken this process.

I decided to attend a face-to-face workshops with Enrich on Higher Levels Accreditation to gain some information about my plans for the three years I had intended on taking on board this challenge. As a result of this workshop I gained a clear insight of the process. Nadene carefully structured the workshop in a way that I was able to take back this knowledge and begin to collect my evidence into highly organised sets. I also attended Nadene’s workshops on referee’s and writing quality annotations. Without this direction I would not have achieved my accreditation.

Nadene continually provided support throughout the process and often answered questions I had throughout. I highly recommend Enrich to all teachers willing to complete their accreditation at the varying levels. Enrich is a fantastic source of information that I haven’t received anywhere else. By using the information provided by Nadene I was successful in achieving Highly Accomplished Teacher accreditation.

I was recently accredited as Highly Accomplished Teacher by NESA. Nadene Kennedy assisted me through this process by sharing practical ideas on aspects such as: collection and annotation of documentary evidence. It was valuable to be mentored by someone who had first hand experience of accreditation at this level. If you would like to be supported by someone with a calm, caring and professional attitude, I strongly recommend that you contact Nadene Kennedy.
